These terms govern your use of The Pet Oasis Animal Hospital's website and veterinary services. By scheduling an appointment or using this site, you agree to these terms.
Veterinary services
All care is provided by licensed veterinary professionals under the laws of the State of Nevada. Treatment decisions are made by the attending veterinarian in consultation with you. We may decline to treat in cases that fall outside our scope, capacity, or facilities — in which case we will provide a referral.
Appointments & cancellations
We hold your appointment time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings or release from the practice. Same-day urgent visits may be subject to additional fees.
Payment
Payment in full is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and CareCredit. Estimates for surgical or major procedures are provided in writing in advance; final cost may vary modestly based on intra-procedural findings, and we will contact you before exceeding the estimate.
After-hours & emergencies
Our clinic operates during posted hours. For after-hours emergencies, please contact the nearest 24-hour veterinary emergency hospital. Our AI assistant cannot triage emergencies — when in doubt, go.
Records & transfers
You may request a transfer of your pet's records to another clinic at any time at no charge. We retain records for the period required by Nevada veterinary law.
Website use
Content on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute veterinary advice for any specific pet. The presence of educational content does not create a doctor–client–patient relationship. Always consult with a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of website use is limited to the amount you have paid us for services in the prior twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
